Hong Kong Monday. Unrest within the French settlement in Shanghai subsides. Twenty-two Chinese language have been killed and fifty wounded. French sailors are on guard.
It’s believed that the French intend to broaden the boundaries of the settlement to Sika-Wei. The Chinese language are outraged in opposition to the Taotai. Enterprise is suspended.
